About Deb Paino
Deb’s start in real estate began in the late 1970′s when she joined the developing company, Hawk Mtn Corporation. There she met her future husband, Tom Paino, who was VP of Construction & busy developing & building homes in the private communities of Great Hawk, Timber Hawk & the beginning stages of Salt Ash (now Hawk Resorts).
In 1982 Tom & Deb left to form Hawk North, Ltd, a Real Estate, Rental & Property Managment business which included managing the private roads, water & sewer sytems within the Great Hawk & Timber Hawk communities. After educating the Associations, the management of the private roads, water & sewer systems were turned over to the associations they are located within. Tom & Deb did not confine themselves to real estate property within Great Hawk & Timber Hawk and had the pleasure of selling other special properties in Vermont…that special mountain top farmhouse w/barn (which Tom later renovated), tracks of land, the builder/designer’s eco friendly residence and so on.
In 2010, Tom passed away & Deb sold the Property Management/Rental business and office buildings. Now Deb is busy focusing on real estate. Per Deb, “Vermont is such a wonderful magical place to spend time with family & friends, a time to step back from the pressures of the day to day routines and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Pat moved to Vermont in 1986, married a Vermonter and settled into life in the Green Mountains. Purchasing and selling real estate, managing apartments and Rochester lister/assessor for over 10 years it became apparent she needed to sell homes for a living!
